Steve Seminiano is a seasoned salesperson having been in this role in almost his entire career life that now spans nearly twenty years. This vast sales knowledge has now armed him to be able to do consultancy work especially on leads generation, pipeline management, sales execution and client relationship building. He is a trained Six Sigma green belt and was part of a team that designed a Sales Coverage Plan that resulted in 20% productivity increase.
In his capacity as Senior Manager for Sales, he is instrumental in the ongoing growth of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles in the Philippines. Previously, he held the position of Country Representative for Scania and facilitated the negotiation and closure of the first Scania Mining Truck sales in the Philippines. In the latter, Steve’s role went beyond just selling the product by also setting-up and aftersales team to cater to the client’s parts and service needs. He also had sales stints with other truck brands as Western Star and Kenworth.
