Roger is an Accredited Consultant of Occupational Safety & Health Center of the Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE). He conducts Safety, Health & Environment trainings & performs management consultancies to support the needs of companies and agencies in their compliance to the Standards of Occupational Safety, Health & Environment requirements.
He initiated and managed the Safety, Health and Environment business unit at Monark Equipment. He inspired the creation of the corporate Safety and Health Environment (SHE) team in order to embed the culture of safety and health within the organization. He was responsible in nurturing healthy working relationships of the company with the Key Major customers that needs support. He developed and instituted safety initiatives at the operational level of mining and construction sites, as well as at other Monark facilities Phil-wide.
Roger’s thirty-five (35) years of working experiences, expand across the fields of Finance, Shop & Service Administration, Six Sigma, and Occupational Safety Health & Environment at different companies like Monark Equipment, Freyssinet Phils. Inc., Portek Phils. Power Systems and Usiphil Inc.
In all his endeavors, he continues to represent and promote Safety, Health & Environment with Business Partners & Associations at various Industries and be abreast with market trends relevant to the Company’s business operations.
