Arlene’s work experience in Business Excellence has spanned from her days as Corporate Planning Director and Six Sigma Champion/Master Black Belt at Monark Equipment, the sole Caterpillar dealer in the country. One of her significant role in the organization is crafting and leading the development of the Business Performance Excellence framework and implementation that guarantees alignment of business objectives, value-added processes and an improved organizational structure.
Her expansive ability extends to the realm of Strategy Formulation, Execution and Monitoring, Business Process Design and Improvement, Organizational Development, Project Management, Risk Management, Planning and Budgeting, Marketing, Customer Care Service and Data Analysis. She has carried her expertise into her current profession as Management and Business Consultant.
Arlene has a track record in developing and delivering realizable value proposition covering sales, customer service, and operations in the areas of operational efficiencies and revenue growth. She also facilitates and conducts 6Sigma DMAIC/Lean trainings; coaches and mentors the 6Sigma black belts and greenbelts on their projects. She is a valued speaker/lecturer on 6Sigma, Quality, and Risk Management.
Through her career of more than 20 years, she provided these services to organizations from various industries notable are heavy equipment dealer, construction, mining, software developer, non-profit organization, and agriculture manufacturing.
Arlene is the Managing Director and President of Accretive and Innovative Consulting – AIC Inc. She is responsible in managing the portfolio projects with a team of consultants with a depth of experience to overcome even the most complex business challenges.
Arlene received her Master Black Belt (MBB) and Black Belt Certification Training from Caterpillar University in partnership with Price Waterhouse at Illinois, USA. She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of the Philippines Diliman and an MBA from Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA).
